In this role you will be responsible for defining production capacity, the method of operation which must be safe and adequate, the tools
and necessary equipment in order for production to be carried out under controlled conditions in addition to the use of
equipment appropriately and product specifications.
Your responsibilities
Plan and carry out audits of established processes to review standards, structures and work methods.
Define standard times for the operations and machines required within the plant, in addition to making them known to the departments involved.
Support to operational areas to solve problems and be able to carry out production under controlled conditions.
Training production personnel and service departments in the preparation of Standardized Work.
Participate in daily tour of Indicators.
Preparation and updating of Workplace Organization for the required areas.
Participate in ergonomics analysis in required areas and stations.
Registration and maintenance of lists of materials and routes of the catalogs that are managed in the plant.
Management of manufacturing deviations.
Your background
Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical, Commercial, Electrical Engineering or related.
Three years of experience working in similar positions.
Knowledge and experience working with methodologies as 5´s, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, AMEF.
Experience working with measurement devices.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and AutoCad.
Analysis and problem solving techniques.
Ability to work as a team.
Advanced English level.
