The Production Engineering Technician’s primary role is to include equipment repair & preventative maintenance, product troubleshooting, and process improvement for all standard & measurement tips.

As an Engineering Document Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in maintaining plant production by making repairs within scope of expertise
- Interpreting and follows through on repairs and preventative maintenance tasks following various safe work procedures.
- Learning to identify equipment malfunctions and repair before catastrophic failure.
- Operating medium sized manufacturing process equipment (e.g. laser welders, pc based equipment, light pneumatic presses, basic electronics, etc.).

To be successful in this role you will require:
- Have a Highschool Diploma or GED
- Have the ability to read and interpret routine instructions, schematics, and drawings
- Have advanced office or technical skills, acquired through a combination of prior training and directly related experience

- The hourly pay scale for this position is $28-$42/hr USD if employed in New York
