Program Manager Coe-Npi

What you will do?

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

How you will do it?

• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Develop metrics to measure the team’s progress and success at deliver on commitments
• Head-up technical issue resolution related to manufacturing process control and capability
• Facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project
• Gather relevant information that affects Supply Chain issues
• Working with the New Product Development, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning teams to synthesize data into a clear NPI ramp plan.
• Identifying program risks, determine impact to business, and drive mitigation plans
• Lead the team in the overall program planning and execution balancing scope, schedule and budget
• Chair and coordinate the communication of program status to appropriate senior management team
• Manage overall capacity plan, including coordination of equipment, fixture & materials for ramp up
• Drive manufacturing efficiency and yield improvements for post-ramp products
• Leading or participating in cross functional teams

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.

• Experience in proposal writing
