About the role
The Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager leads the execution of Supply Chain transfer per the business case, operational execution, and product cost monitoring to produce the best-case enterprise solutions. Familiar with ambiguous complex enterprise data extraction the SSCPM delivers desired financial outcomes. This person has an extensive Supply Chain network experience and has performed product costing and/or Supply Chain transfer of work projects.
As a SSCPM, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing Supply Chain networks to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement, conducting data-driven analysis, and developing business cases to support Supply Chain optimization initiatives. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in Supply Chain management, and proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques. In addition, there is an opportunity and a need to develop and improve processes to continuously improve execution results and reduce risks of future transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading materials and Supply Chain transfer from an existing plant to another location. Design the future state optimized Supply Chain for the new location. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact our strategic sourcing and manufacturing strategies. This is a crucial role that requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Perform thorough analysis of the existing Supply Chain network, including supplier relationships, manufacturing capabilities, and cost structures.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis to determine the financial impact of different sourcing and manufacturing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, finance, and engineering, to gather relevant data and insights. Including the development of financial models and tools to support decision-making.
Lead the execution of change to deliver productivity/Cost reduction.
Identify and assess risks associated with different sourcing and manufacturing options.
Lead Supply Chain risk reduction projects.
Monitor and track the implementation of recommended strategies, measure their effectiveness, and adjust as necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Supply Chain network design.
Work closely with Commodity Sourcing Teams to ensure partner selection is being optimized to support product requirements.

Directs supplier selection based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities and details of suppliers' reputation and history.
Directs negotiations, renegotiations, and administration of contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives.
Directs negotiations with suppliers and analyzes suppliers' operations to determine factors that affect prices and to determine lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules.
Requirements:
Language skills: Adequate English level to handle fluent and assertive conversations across global teams (written and spoken).
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain management, operations leadership, or a related field & 8+ years of related Supply Chain leadership experience,
OR Post graduate Degree & 5+ years of experience.
Travel availability : Available to travel outside of Mexico 50% of the time (visa required).
Proven professional experience in: Supply chain risk reduction projects.
Sourcing responsibility of over $100 Million (USD).
Business case analysis (BCA) in Supply Chain network design, sourcing, or manufacturing.
Solid understanding of Supply Chain management principles, including procurement, production planning, and logistics.
Proficient data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
Financial analysis, cost modeling, and decision-making techniques.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.
