Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Project manager for a LATAM GBS Sales capabilities. This role will require engagement across the LATAM. (Temporary – 12 months).

Its main activities will be supporting & coordinating a project for the routes optimization across Latam with a duration of 12 months:

  • Tracking work planning milestone/activities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder management.
  • Risk management.
  • Managing project governance.
  • Issues reporting.
  • Managing design methodology etc.

The optimal candidate will have 1–2-year experience in Project Management, transformational projects or change management programs either internally within PepsiCo, or externally (in another corporate or as a consultant).  

Your Impact

As LATAM GBS Sales Project Manager Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • General Leadership as Project Manager Analyst:
    • Manage the different workstreams and regions in scope (Mexico, Central America, South America), so they are delivering as per plan. Escalate issues to GBS LATAM leaders as needed so that the program is on track.
    • Maintain Project Management deliverables for the program including define project workplans/milestones, timelines, project charter, project risk and issue log, document change management and lessons learned. Ensures project is delivered on time, within budget and with measurable quality results.
    • Collaborate across multiple stakeholders to align on processes, communicating to Sales senior leadership on GBS transformational journey, working with GBS leadership to maximize opportunities on strengths/capability areas, and leveraging sectors’ structure to apply key learnings.
    • Monitor GBS change/transition/communication day to day activities for rolling out the Sales roles and new structure in MBS.
    • Works with Global Program Management Office to ensure compliance to Project Lifecycle Methodology.
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • 1+ years of experience in Project Management and preferable experience in GBS.
  • Level of English needs to be high (written & verbal skills) due to the interaction with the Global Groups.
  • Bachelor’s in engineering, Business Management, System and /or Administration Technology Management.
  • PMI and / or Agile – Scrum methodology knowledge (desirable).
  • Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions.
  • Software Experience:
    • Need to manage office 365 tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
    • Preferable MS Project (Desireble).
  • Availability to Travel within Latin America countries (If applicable).
  • Flexibility to manage the interaction with team on different countries and across functional teams.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with mid and senior level management.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility in adjusting & reprioritizing to meet changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
