The Project Manager acts as the primary interface between all relevant stakeholders, both external and internal. They are responsible for developing long-term relationships with a select portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. They liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- Accountable for interfacing with the customer and assuring customer satisfaction
- Serves as project lead overseeing cross functional team members and ensuring accountability towards project deliverables
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Operate as the key point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Assist with urgent requests or issue escalations as needed. If required, initiate corrective actions
- Oversee the execution of proposals, value propositions and contracts

- English working knowledge
- Proven working experience in project management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience with technology-related products or the eagerness to learn
- Analytical and methodical problem-solving skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team; to be autonomous, use initiative, be accountable
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Your experience
If you’ve got these in your background, we should talk.
- Project management background with at least 5-7 years of relevant working experience
- Solid experience in working with a cloud-based project management tool, as well as excellent Excel capabilities
- Reporting skills: being able to draw conclusions from a complex data set and translate these into improvement actions
- PMP certification preferred
- Able to travel
- Position based in Mexico
