DirecciónThe Position
Accountable for planning and allocating resources, coordinating people, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and regularly keeping stakeholders informed throughout the high complex customer facing projects or programs lifecycle for Roche Diagnostics México Customer Support Chapter, and Division.
Design and apply processes and techniques to deliver customer facing projects or programs on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives, utilizing various methodologies and tools as part of the process, from the project confirmation through to completion.
Main Responsibilities:
Align projects or programs with business objectives, constructing work plans, managing teams, achieving milestones, and communicating the results to stakeholders.
Lead the initiation and planning of a project or program and ensure technical feasibility, preparing a project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
Ensure all projects and programs are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
Defining and ensuring resource requirements , availability and allocation both internal and third party, including an outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project or program on budget.
Tracking project or program progress, performance and providing regular reports on project or program status to project team and key stakeholders, managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for the proper execution of projects or programs.
Identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of projects.
Act as a point of liaison between the project team and senior management; report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree/Engineering (Graduated). Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or Administrative Administration/Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience working with projects and programs as Project Manager . Experience working with Agile Frameworks such as Scrum and Design Thinking.
Knowledge in working in the Area of continuous improvement.
English proficient
Project Management certification, Knowledge and experience on Project Management Methodology based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
Scrum Master certification. Knowledge and practical experience in the application of Design thinking and LEAN methodology.
Projections and forecast model, financial analysis, business case making, and accounting logic. Process Mapping, generation and management of work plans (Visio, Microsoft Project, Trello, MIRO, excel, Smartsheet).
