The Project Manager coordinates all aspects of assigned projects including interfacing with senior management, project team members, and the client to meet customer and company expectations.
Main Activities:
· Oversee projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
· Manage work back schedules, resolve issues, and escalate risks appropriately.
· Collaborate effectively with project teams, leading meetings and engaging stakeholders.
· Navigate change and ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
· Apply comprehensive project management experience to optimize life cycle phases.
Requirements:
- Proven Project Manager with a successful track record.
- Bachelor's degree / Postgraduate degree in related areas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies.
- High level of English needed.
- PMP or similar certification is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree / Postgraduate degree in related areas
- availability for hybrid work - 3x a week in our Mexico City office.
