As a Project Support, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources and processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Your primary goal is to provide continuous and confirmed support to customers and the PMO Team. This includes handling purchasing requisitions, coordinating deliveries, logistics, and collaborating with the Service Center Team for equipment integration and delivery to customers.
Job Functions / Responsibilities:
Customer Focus: Provide continuous and confirmed support to customers and the PMO Team.
Coordinate shipment and logistics, ensuring timely deliveries.
Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
Communication: Optimally connect with other departments and provide clear feedback to the PMO Team.
Activate blocking issue paths when vital and update workflows.
Teamwork: Regularly collaborate with Operations Managers, Order Entry Team, Logistics, and the PMO Team.
Project Management: Support project execution aligned with Emerson Tier 3 process methodology.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and expenses.
Training & Policy Interpretation:
Reinforce Service Level Doctrine 2.0.
Interpret and apply company policies and procedures accurately.
Requirements:
Professional Degree:
Bachelor's degree in International Commerce or Engineering (industrial, chemical, etc.).
Experience: 3-4 years of project experience for external candidates, 2-3 years for internal candidates. PMP® or any other PMI certification is preferable.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in project management.
Proficiency in English (80%).
