Ensure that goods, supplies and equipment for the company are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner, guaranteeing the proper functioning of the operation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process of materials, products, goods or services in accordance with current regulations, using the formally the current regulations, using the formally required instruments.
- Manage the procurement process from the moment the requirement arises and monitor the goods and services until they are received.
- Perform supplier validation through their qualification based on their performance.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship with internal users and suppliers to provide timely response to their requirements.
- Monitor management indicators in relation to the procurement and sourcing process.
- Operate an efficient and accurate purchase order tracking system.
- Deliver purchasing reports to superiors, showing invoices and requisitions to control expenses.
- Work with the management team to ensure that all deliveries meet assigned orders.
- Report back orders or missing and backordered products.
- Ensure all orders are processed correctly.
- Follow up on scheduled orders and deliveries.
- Support and solve problems related to deliveries, purchases or material requisitions.
Qualifications
- Grade: Business Management, Industrial, Business Administration, or related.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing, sales, supply chain management or in a related field.
- Knowledge: Microsoft Office, supply chain, budget management, supplier management. management.
- Language required: Intermediate English.
- Availability to travel: Occasionally.
