Who will you be working with?
Join a dynamic team at WGS SLP site, collaborating closely with Production, Materials, EHS and Logistics departments ensuring seamless implementation of changes . How will you make a difference?
As a Quality Technical Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in driving excellence across various facets of our quality management system. From managing the auditors in the shop floor, conducting internal quality audits to managing complaints and continuously improving the QMS system, your contributions will ensure the highest standards in production. Your problem-solving skills and daily supervision of process quality will make a tangible impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.
What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, mechanical, or related)
- Practical knowledge of technical drawing
- Proficiency in quality tools like 5 Why, FMEA, 8D´s and core tools.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Use of ERP´s and MRP´s
- Advanced English is a must.
- Good communicating skills
- Intermediate Knowldge of ISO 9001 / AAR standards are crucial.
- Desirable certification as internal auditor
Your ability to organize and coordinate multiple activities, openness to change, and involvement in implementing new products and technologies will set you apart.
What will your typical day look like?
- Conducting internal and process audits
- Quality auditors management
- Introducing and improving quality tools
- Supervising the quality of the process on production lines.
- You will actively solve quality problems, manage customer complaints, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the QMS system.
