Your Role

Handle and monitor all QuickSTAT consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed Company policies To work collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure maximum client satisfaction

Your Responsibilities

• Process Import and Export Consignments: Handle consignments passing through JFK facility.
• Goods In Process: Review documentation, verify piece count, weight, and dimensions upon receipt.
• Goods Out Process: Review documentation, piece count, dimensions, and re-icing during departure.
• Temperature-Controlled Packaging: Prepare solutions (PCM, Liquid Nitrogen, Dry Ice) based on client needs.
• Temperature Loggers and GPS Trackers: Select and prepare these from onsite inventory.
• Quality Checks: Inspect reusable temperature-controlled packaging solutions.
• Inventory Maintenance: Clean, restock, and update reusable packaging inventory.
• Discrepancy Communication: Clearly communicate any discrepancies.
• Assist Other Departments: Support internal Operational teams during staff shortages.
• Facility Hygiene: Maintain high hygiene standards within the facility.

Your Skills and Experiences

• 3+ years experience with courier, freight, and warehouse operations, including import/export and transportation.
• Experience handling temperature-sensitive and time-critical shipments.
• Proficiency in Life Sciences and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) courier operations.
• Proven ability to work effectively under strict time constraints.
• In-depth understanding of temperature-controlled packaging solutions available to forwarders.
