Your Role
Handle and monitor all QuickSTAT consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed Company policies To work collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure maximum client satisfaction
Your Responsibilities
- Order, receive, locate, store and prepare packaging materials
- Coordinate shipping deliveries with drivers
- Clerical support including typing emails, memos, reports and purchase orders to ensure an efficient and effective operation.
- Maintain appropriate logs for the employees, works order reports, vendor orders, receipts and more to ensure logs are accurate and orders are within budget.
- Organize and efficiently maintain office files, reports, and prepares various reports.
- Report to the Branch Manager
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 800-1600 or 900-1700
Your Skills and Experiences
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as administrative assistant
- 2+ years of experience in Customer service
- Dispatching experience, preferred
- Expert in Microsoft office
- Ability to lift up to 60libs.
