- 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruitment experience
- Full professional working proficiency in English + Ukrainian/Russian
- Excellent in sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding
- Experience in ADU, Construction, Real Estate, or Property Management is a plus
- Experience in running HR meetings and activities to track and enhance the NPS/mood is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent people and time management skills
- Excellent proficiency in using ATS, CRM, AI tools, dashboards, and other software
- Employment type: Contract (Full-time)
- Compensation: $1,000 - 2,000$ per month (negotiable based on the working experience)
