POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiter Coordinator provides support for direct and indirect labor recruiting efforts as well as assisting with general Human Resources and recruiting needs.
Responsabilidades
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers incoming phone calls from applicants, answers questions regarding open positions, provides general information about the job and/or company.
Assists applicants over the phone that are having complications with submitting their resume or application or are following up on their application status.
Enters hard copy or electronic resumes that are submitted by applicants to ICIMS.
Conducts Phone Interviews and Interviews with candidates for entry level positions such as Production and other positions as assigned from the Recruiting Manager.
Schedules Skills Tests for Production based off interview results.
Schedules and coordinates Working Interviews for entry level positions.
Schedules and coordinates medical exams for entry level and indirect positions.
Organizes and prepares for Employee Orientations.
Organizes and prepares for working interview course.
Assists in selection meetings for direct labor.
Prepares hiring paperwork for Working Interviews and/or New Hires.
Teach the introductory course to working interviews.
Completes hiring paperwork for indirect positions employees.
Creates Employment Opportunities documents to post internally and externally.
Supports in maintaining Tecate Hiring spreadsheet with new hire information daily.
Assists in notifying candidates in their application status.
Assists in creating and posting job ads for open positions.
Proofreads advertisements and other written and email correspondence.
Assists with other clerical duties as needed in the Human Resources department.
Supports in creating and the upkeep of timely responses on "Reclutamiento" Facebook page (Throughout the day).
Supports with references for indirect candidates.
Integrate files of new hires.
Prepare and deliver voucher cards to new entrants.
Make job offers for working interviews and orientation if needed.
Coordinates Calimax cards orders for new hires.
Submit orders purchasing orders for supplies on the department.
Integrate and creates job descriptions.
Prepares and make job offers for indirect positions.
Maintain contact with schools for interns.
Maintain contact with external job boards for recruiting purposes.
Assists the recruiting and human resources manager in special projects for the area.
Maintain reports of headcount for recruiting data.
Coordinates with providers for external advertisement jobs if needed.
Coordinates for internal vacancies.
Coordinates and teach the course for new skills test evaluators.
Coordinates files to be completed and pass them out to audit.

Calificaciones
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar area of study.
Computer Skills:Must have proficient computer skills including use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Excel/Powerpoint/Publisher/Word). Ability to learn new software applications.
Experience:Three to Five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of three years' experience in full-cycle recruiting required. Corporate recruiting experience working for a manufacturing company is desirable.
Language:Bilingual in Spanish and English.
