About the role:
For our Human Resources Team, we are looking for a Recruitment Analyst to support in talent acquisition processes and be part of the team that brings great talent to our Ferrero Family.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy or related;
- 2 years of experience in HR, specifically in recruitment.
- Analytical skillset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dynamic and proactive approach
- Advanced English
You will be responsible for:
- Execute the recruitment process from end to end for Ferrero de Mexico.
- Conduct interviews by competencies
- Participate in job fairs.
- Manage relationships with universities.
- Execute the recruitment process in our internal system in alignment with group guidelines and policies.
- Participate in different group initiatives (trainee program, employer branding, etc.)
