TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Post job openings using Indeed, LinkedIn, company website and Craigslist.
• Collect resumes, pre-screen applicants, issue applications, input data into applicant tracking system, and assign applicants to Account Managers.
• Review and vet a high volume of candidates, schedule onsite and phone interviews using Google calendar.
• Collaborate with a team of Account Managers to understand all job openings and client needs.
• Participate in team meetings and provide reports on recruiting efforts.
• Ensure a high level of candidate engagement and positive candidate experience.

 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of experience in Recruitment
• Manufacturing / Technical background HUGE PLUS!
• Bilingual - English 90% proficiency
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, innovative, organized, and problem solving skills
