RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
REQUIREMENTS
· Gender: indistinct
· Education: bachelor’s degree on administration, psychology, human resources or any related field
· Advanced English
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
· Experience of more than 3 years in Human Resources or Recruitment related positions
· Prior experience in talent acquisition on administrative, operative and high positions
· Ability creating profile descriptions, publishing for vacancies and filter for applicants, excellent attention to detail
· Excellent performances on recruitment sources
· Prior experience in face-to-face and virtual, deep and competency interviews
· Knowledge in application of psychometric tests and evaluations of the same
· Labor and Employment investigations and making of files (high organization skills)
· Excellent communication skills with clients (presenting applicants, negotiating, reviewing profiles)
· Following to applicants and closing of processes
· Strategies development for recruitment
· Elaboration of reports and indicators
