Regional Cyber Delivery Lead. The Regional Cyber Delivery Lead (Americas) reports to the Regional Information Security Officer and serves as a key part of the Cyber Business Enablement team. The prime objective of the role is to ensure that the delivery of change initiatives for Cyber services (as a part of the wider Vision27 strategy) are appropriate, understood and effectively planned for and implemented in Region.

To achieve this, the role will require active collaboration with the Americas Country Heads and Global Cyber teams and potentially both local and global technology teams as well as Regional Business stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesTo achieve the objective this role has end to end responsibilities across the requirements life cycle. Some of the key phases and tasks will include:Demand / Requirement Management§Primary liaison with Global Cyber to drive Cyber change initiatives in Americas as part of the Vision 27 Portfolio§Work with Country Heads to collect and clarify any regional change requirements needed to address regulations, business risk assessments and control gap uplifts etc.

§Work with the Global team on prioritisation of the demand (based on factors such as the mandatory nature of the change, regional risk return on investment, change feasibility)§Coordinate and communicate the agreement of business outcomes and requirements between the programme team and the sponsoring stakeholder

Deployment Management§Keep key regional stakeholders updated on status of key cyber initiatives / committed requirements§Assist as required in the development of regional deployment plans and keep regional stakeholders informed of key dates and milestones§Work with the global teams to help resolve issues with key deployment plans. Stakeholder ManagementEnsure regional stakeholders remain aware of regional benefits, impacts and progress of the different cyber programmes and change initiatives. §Act as the single point of escalation for programme teams to resolve delivery issues / identify specialist regional contacts§Acts on behalf of Regional Cyber to ensure local requirements are properly factored into Cyber programmes Requirements RequirementsThe role holder is a leader with experience (or a deep understanding) of cybersecurity and its control framework as well as the technology environment that supports these controls.

To be effective, the role holder requires subject matter expertise, technical awareness and the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Specific requirements include:§Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including expert fluency in the English language; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences§Experience in building effective internal networks and working with others collaboratively§Experience in working with cross-culture and global teams§Experience in working with ambiguity, competing priorities, immediate business needs and potential long-term risks and implications§Experience with or an understanding of large (or global) change projects§Adequate subject matter competency to technically understand / appreciate how cyber controls function§Ability to assimilate and digest different sources of information and to engage / update dependent stakeholders as required
