Your Role

To support in driving supply chain compliance and operational excellence for nominated international supply chain (ISC) customers. To manage smaller and less complex ISC customers independently.To support in identifying, trouble shooting and implementing continuous improvement activities and to oversee the Data Quality accuracy through exception management.

Your Responsibilities

Your primary objective is to ensure delivery of operational commitments and development plans for high profile
International Supply Chain (ISC) customers across all regional origins.
 To develop + maintain expert knowledge of your customer’s business needs + our solutions offering.
 To build + maintain strong, trust based relationships with the client + our network through daily interaction.
 To maintain, improve + publish all documents of allocated accounts, including but not limited to SOP's,
working instructions, vendor manuals, contact lists + buying/selling rate information.
 To ensure awareness and full understanding of all customer related processes + deliverables by providing
regular training, coaching + guidance to internal stakeholders.
 To establish, maintain + improve the operational control environment in collaboration with the Data Analyst
to ensure near real-time visibility on key performance indicators + leading process measures.
 To proactively identify performance gaps + risks + collaborate with country teams to perform corrective
actions + escalate structural issues or risks related to systems, resources + facilities.
 To organize, prepare + conduct regular performance reviews.
 To co-create, document + deliver improvement initiatives based on the agreed supply chain value roadmap
with customers.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics related is preferred
• At least 2years of experience in Logistics
• Basic understanding and interest in Tableau
• Knowledge, skill and experiences on SAP Business Object is an advantage
• Logistic knowledge and experiences is an advantage
• Good communication skills
