Here's what you need to bring to the table:
- Excel should be your middle name. We mean STRONG Excel skills.
- Got Appfolio experience? Perfect, we need that.
- Speaking English and Spanish like a pro is a must.
- A head for numbers? Great! Strong bookkeeping/accounting skills are key.
- Show us your 1.5+ years of experience in Property Management or Leasing.
- Bonus if you've got bookkeeping/accounting experience.
What you'll be up to:
- Whip up a system of checks and balances for our maintenance crew. Make sure they're on their toes, keeping our properties in tip-top shape.
- Be the hero our tenants need, ensuring they're happy and maintenance woes are just a distant memory.
- Dive into reconciliations like a pro.
- On the rare occasion, be ready to tackle emergency maintenance issues after hours. Don't worry, it's not often, but you've got to ensure it's handled smoothly.
