About the Role

As Key Account Manager, you will grow existing partnerships and build new relationships (business development) by acting as a strategic partner for our clients. Crafting JBP’s, pivotal initiatives, and innovative sales strategies to achieve Uber’s Sales Goals. In addition, you are responsible for the accurate account management between operations, merchandizing and catalogue team and our partner.

What you'll do
  • You will lead commercial relationship of specialty stores within Uber Eats, through monthly and quarterly Business Reviews with Top Managers of the stores with which we have alliances.
  • You will work closely with catalog and operations teams to ensure the best experience for consumers.
  • You will make plans to improve indicators, as well as promotional plans according to the category and specialty store.
What you'll need
  • Experience in sales or trade marketing, mainly in mass consumption companies and/or retailers with proven analytic skills to understand the problem and implement solution.
  • Outstanding executive interpersonal skills, encouraging strong connections and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets, with a curiosity about reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Working remotely with teams from other countries.
  • We need you to be an outstanding teammate and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • We would love if you have project management skills
  • Team management experience would be outstanding!
  • English proficiency is key!
