Responsibilities:

  • ·        Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • ·        Conduct sales consultations with prospective clients, providing detailed information about our weight loss programs, services, and their benefits.
  • ·        Assess client needs, goals, and medical history to recommend suitable weight loss programs and services tailored to their requirements.
  • ·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, answering inquiries, and providing ongoing support throughout their weight loss journey.
  • ·        Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing new clients.
  • ·        Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and persuade potential clients to choose our weight loss programs.
  • ·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and relevant information using CRM software, with preference for Salesforce.
  • ·        Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • ·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in weight loss technologies to effectively communicate and differentiate our offerings.
  • ·        Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or weight loss industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales and overcome objections.
  • Knowledge of weight loss principles, nutrition, and the impact of a healthy lifestyle on overall well-being.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  •  High degree of empathy and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new weight loss techniques, services, and industry developments.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
