Job Description
The Sales Admin Team at Mattel Latin America is in charge of inventory control such as reserve per client, adjustment in the system, arrival tracking and receiving product orders: receipts, loading into the system, assigning orders, and follow-up on delivery at points of sale.
What Your Impact Will Be
- Dispo management , daily inventory availability, inventory distribution
- Bookings: Demand FY distribution according to customers needs. Adjust demand changes by costumer
- Reporting & analytics- FY availability simulations
- Demand monthly phasing
Qualifications

- Background in Sales , Sales operations , logistics or related areas
- Analytical thinking
- Communication Skills
- Management of Excel
