About the role: 

Job Summary / Main Responsibilities

Product pre-sales analyst is responsible for evaluating and proposing the direct integrated and integrated CP products that adapts to the infrastructure and needs of the merchant; as well as offering the functionalities of the chosen product to improve understanding and operation from the sale.

Be a part of a team where you will:

Functions: Indicate the action in the infinitive.

• Technical support to executives in virtual and in-person presentations of card present and card not present products.

• Perform Demos of the product in live or virtual

• Gather technical requirements needed for the product to have a successful implementation

• Profile businesses to offer the product that adapt their infrastructure and operation.

• Provide initiatives that help demonstrate products by executives.

• Design and execute technical training for businesses and executives for product sampling.

• Identify potential opportunities that allow the offer of our products clearly and concretely.

• Identify opportunities that allow for better profiling of the business and product to be offered.

About you: 

 Experience: (The minimum necessary) Education: (The minimum necessary), foreign language % of proficiency, skills and competencies:

2-3 years of work experience in systems management, programming or integration between applications.

Basic knowledge of payment industry

Ability to execute business cases.

Intermediate level of English

Basic/intermediate level of Office packaging knowledge.

Basic/intermediate level programming knowledge.
