TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership, development, motivation, and resource planning of the store team
- Responsibility for the sale of our high-quality collections and realization of sales targets
- Setting the store team an example of professional and qualified customer service
- Presentation of goods as specified by the MYKITA shop concept
- Cash and settlement activities as well as reporting
- Goods- and warehouse management
REQUIRED PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. 2 Years of related work experience
- Experience in sales
- Education and certifications at the highest level
- Independent and organized work habits required
- Customer oriented and dynamic thinking
- Courteous, confident and effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail, quality and service oriented
- Highly motivated and excellent team player
- Passion for design and fashion
- Friendly, confident, self-assured appearance and manner
- Well organized
- Enjoyment in selling high-end eyewear to international customers
