Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing efforts, helping to drive our SaaS product's growth and market presence. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of our target market to effectively coordinate sales and marketing activities.
Responsibilities
● Sales Support: Assist the sales team by creating sales materials, presentations, and proposals that align with the company's marketing strategies. Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring all sales-related activities are tracked and analyzed for future improvement.
● Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, webinars, etc.) to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that resonates with our target audience.
● Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitors, and understand customer needs. Use insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
● Event Coordination: Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and webinars, ensuring they align with sales goals and brand messaging. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.
● Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities. Provide reports and insights to the sales and marketing teams to help refine strategies and improve ROI.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals, strategies, and messaging. Facilitate communication between departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
● Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including digital marketing, HubSpot software, and analytics tools.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
● Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable plans.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
