Responsibilities:

Functional & Applications

• Supervise all the work done by Functional Consultants
• Capable to configure several Salesforce Clouds
• Define complex process related to customer and define which can be done with code and what needs to be configuration capabilities
• tasks for other teams including international Salesforce Offshore team
• Follow Salesforce.com best practices accordingly with documentation
• Oversee customer Scalations something is not working fine or need clarification
• Cross country and offshore communications to follow up entire projects
• Continuous Salesforce learning obtaining 2 certifications per year
• Ensure project satisfaction in a quantitative way
• Join client face meetings the start (pre-sales) to the (post-sales) as Customer Success Manager

Pre-Sales Experience (Desirable)

• Lead pre-sales meetings and ensure networking to show our discipline capabilities
• In charge of creating Salesforce demos for various kinds of industries
• Follow the discipline goals on value and follow up the Client pipeline
• Bring new customers to KPMG or projects with the actual client portfolio
• project estimations in collaboration with Technical Architect Manager

Skills:

• Strong logical abilities
• Salesforce knowledge
• Strong industry knowledge
• Strong Sales abilities
• SCRUM or Agile methodologies knowledge
• Salesforce 4+ Certifications
• Excellent communication skills – Spanish and English

Additional functions:

• Follow KPMG process to bring new clients
• Ensure all the documentation for the firm is ok, for providers and customers
