Job Description & Summary

A career in Procurement, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to develop and manage the procurement of all goods and services required by PwC for operational and strategic purposes. As a part of the team, you’ll assist in developing our standard practices and compliance infrastructure, managing relationships for both internal clients and suppliers to aid in the strategic selection of suppliers, supplier diversity, and contract negotiations.

General Purpose (of the position):

Procurement is responsible for the acquisition of services and capital/expensed equipment and goods. Strategy & Sourcing serves as the relationship manager for internal clients and suppliers by seeking solutions for all sourcing needs, creating and negotiating contractual arrangements through thought leadership, subject matter specialization, and strategic advising. Operations, Methods and Tools supports the Sourcing team by developing processes, carried out by effective systems while minimizing risk.

Functions and responsibilities:

• Experienced in procurement strategies, tactics, processes, procedures, and systems.

• Demonstrated ability to: Collaborate with Strategy & Sourcing staff and Procurement leadership to provide a consistent, comprehensive procurement process.

• Support creation or delivery of status presentations on projects with routine to medium complexity, visibility, and impact.

• Gather and develop documentation of customer requirements and specifications and drive process improvement.

• Support the contracting processes and systems so that agreements are created in a consistent, audit-worthy means and with adequate time for renewal management.

• Support data capture and reporting needs for the team.

• Document and revise workflow for business case scenarios so that the highest accuracy processing methods are consistently carried out.

• Coordinate with other groups as needed to drive creative solutions, resolve problems.

Preferred skills

• Bachelor's degree, advanced English level.
• Knowledege of Procurement strategies, tactics, processes, procedures, and systems.

Minimum years experience required

• From 3 to 6 years in a smilar role
