Senior Customer Security Analyst

Are you passionate about the chance to bring your technical experience to drive our Engineering team using industry best practices in a world-class company? Here at Thomson Reuters we are hiring 100+ Engineers with various experience levels for our Operations Center in Mexico City. We are expanding our global Operations Centers footprint by establishing a new Operations Center in Mexico City to serve the Americas (North America and LatAm) with roles representing product, technology, sales operations, inside sales, customer service and finance.

About the role:

In this opportunity as Senior Customer Security Analyst, you will:

  • Serve as the primary data curator for the centralized content library of security statements, documentation, and artifacts that support customer requirements
  • Prepare responses and evidence for Customer Security engagements that reflect the status of a security policy, practice or control
  • Organize materials for presentation and storage for additional engagements
  • Ensure engagement tracking meets program requirements
  • Record engagement notes and action items for customer sessions
  • Meet with our customers to support virtual on-site audits and respond to enterprise and product-level questions.
  • Build upon the Information security knowledge base and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the automation tools already being used and identify solutions to increase their utilization for research and population of relevant information
  • Support and respond to customer inquiries focusing on Thomson Reuters Information Security posture

About you:

You're a fit for the role of Senior Customer Security Analyst if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in information security. 
  • Experience writing statements, and responses for customers.
  • Technical information security background.
  • PwC auditing or compliance background.
  • Auditor experience is a plus.
  • Security Operations Analyst experience is a plus.
