We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Manufacturing Manager to join our world-class team of experts pioneering additive manufacturing in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry and regulatory standards related to quality assurance, as well as the ability to develop new functions in PostgreSQL Redshift and maintain existing functions to create datasets and data warehouses to support business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying process capability improvement areas, developing new concepts around process capability challenges, and raising the overall digital aptitude of the organization by helping others beyond the specific tasks of the role. Additionally, you help automate business processes and write and maintain metrology standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify process capability improvement areas and develop new concepts around process capability challenges.

  • Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards related to quality assurance.

  • Utilize data engineering and data science techniques to analyze and visualize complex data sets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that support business objectives.

  •   Create and maintain documentation for all data engineering and data science processes and procedures.

  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes and performance.

  • Write and maintain metrology standards and utilize working knowledge of PC-DMIS and Polyworks.

  • Develop new functions in PostgreSQL Redshift and maintain existing functions to create datasets and data warehouses to support business objectives

  • Develop and publish Business Analytics and Intelligence dashboards using visualization tools like Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Data Science

  • Strong expertise with PostgreSQL Redshift, SQL, and ETL tools.

  • Comprehensive understanding of industry and regulatory standards related to quality assurance.

  • Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex concepts and data analysis results to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma is a plus, experience with Minitab or JMP is preferred
