Business Partnering & People Strategy: Collaborate with Country HR Leads, General Managers, and Site General Managers to define and implement tailored People & Talent Management strategies. Drive HR operational strategy within Mexico, aligning with local GM and Leadership Teams.

Establish a human capital plan, ensuring capabilities match business needs, drive a strategic agenda on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Talent Management & Organizational Capability: Develop and execute strategic talent plans, ensuring talent and succession practices are effectively executed. Lead LATAM Leadership teams in assessing talent capabilities, planning succession, and developing talent and strategic capabilities for the future. Drive strategic recruitment for critical positions, partnering with global functions and optimizing resources.

HR Service Delivery: Collaborate globally to align business decisions with strategic plans, ensuring Teva HR standards guide actions. Champion country-specific HR strategies, enhancing Teva's global approach with regional and local nuances. Employee Relations: Cultivate transparent employee relations and strategic union relationships, elevating key stakeholder engagement.

Manage relationships with external HR influencers, amplifying Teva's impact on the HR landscape. Ensure a solid EVP and culture based on TEVA values across LATAM cluster and locally in market in Mexico to drive engagement and enabling. J-18808-Ljbffr
