We are looking for an Application Support Engineer for a Java-based Order Management System. The team develops and continuously improves the Order Management System for a global top-tier Hedge Fund. It efficiently covers European and Asia hours. The new engineer will support the application during EST hours.
As a member of the team, you will ensure the application is up and running during the USA trading hours. Work closely with the other members of the development team and L2 support, improving the application capacity, stability, and performance. We need an experienced Support engineer capable of reading Java code and fixing less complex bugs. Understanding of trade lifecycle is desired. Analytical skills, an enthusiasm for taking ownership, a strong commitment to quality, and efficient communication.
