Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - S&OP Lead, Supply Chain Service Line! In this role, you will work with clients to run their supply chain planning function. Our focus is on technology-enabled business transformation, you will impact business result by delivering planning against specific action plans including forecast analysis, production scheduling, transportation coordination, and critical business work process.
Responsibilities
- Manage S&OP calendar, multi-functional meeting preparations, cycle content and stakeholder participation reporting.
- Identifies and drives opportunities to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of Sales and Operations planning.
- Evaluating the impact of key changes, risks, and opportunities and developing scenarios considering trade-offs that drive overall business performance.
- Document and drive governance processes.
- Measurement and reporting of trends to assist in identifying opportunities for increased plan performance and process improvement.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (required), (Master’s Degree preferred) with a focus in Supply Chain Planning and/or Supply Chain Operations
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations or Planning (in a complex/global organization, highly preferred)
- Strong communication, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at different levels and across different teams.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Strong analytic skills: including the ability to work with one or more Planning Systems like Kinaxis, Anaplan, O9, SAP, Oracle, other.
- Effectively handle and prioritize cases.
