Senior Software Developer

SoftwareOne

Scope: Full-time | Location: Mexico City | Onsite

How a day to day would look like in this role:  

• Carry out the implementation of user stories or use cases.
• Support and maintenance of existing solutions at technical level.
• Structuring the design of existing analysis.
• Carry out the implementation of a defined architecture.
• Perform unit and development tests.

Profile:

Professional in systems engineering, electronics, or related careers. Minimum five (5) years of experience specifically in software development using agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps, XP).

Required skills:

• Experience with:
  • Java Core / Java J2EE / JUnit /Mockito
  • Web Services (JAX-WS) (JAX-RS) Spring / Maven
  • Experience in one of the following application servers: Tomcat, wildfly, weblogic, EAP or WAS.
• Continous Integration (CI/CD) 
• Responsive design
• Technical training or certifications in Microservices.  

Desirable skills:

• Cloud Architecture BlueMix, Pivotal.
• Linux / JMeter
• One of the following certifications: 
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
  • AWS Certified Developer.
