As a Service Center Specialist you will be responsible for giving service to our internal clients across N&B sites. The purpose is to perform transactional activities such as PO generation /internal process compliance/supplier payment follow up/supply manager support/negotiations/legal contract follow up/direct approach with local and global suppliers.
Key Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
• Purchase Order Issuing
• Request Execution Approval
• Aligning RTP process in the site
• Phone calls with the suppliers and stakeholders
• Negotiate with Suppliers
• Meetings with stakeholders to review the site needs.
• Direct approach (phone calls, mails) with suppliers in order to request quotations, payment issues, material or service deliver, negotiation.
• Transactional Activities through SAP system
• Transactional Activities with the back office support team in India
• Country regulations alignment
