Job in a nutshell:
Manage time for multiple projects, ensure cost management of those projects, and submit invoices to our subcontractors (Mitel and Eviden). Also track and analyse the costs that Atos receives.
What will you be doing:
- The Service Delivery Coordinator will support the SDM/CEP to oversee the financial and operational details for our Partner Alliances (currently Mitel) and other international contracts.
- Oversee time management to the appropriate codes
- Monitor financial details for the accounts and ensure that we are invoicing all applicable charges.
- Ensure that invoices are paid, and invoices are created and sent to the customer
- Liaison between Management and the partner on issues that arise
