ResponsibilitiesDevelop Estimates and proposal writing.Identify Proposal InclusionsPropose and Estimate alternate Solutions, when applicableBuild relationships between internal customers.Ability to lead and align stakeholders during proposal KOMs.Supporting Cross-LOB projects Oversee the E2E process for finalizing a techno-commercial proposal.Proposal Project Management YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree, preferably in a technical area. 2 years+ experience in a Sales Support function / Proposal and EstimationBasic knowledge of Honeywell’s approach to Cyber securityFluent in English (writing/speaking) – minimum B2 levelWE VALUEExcellent team and communication skillsAn ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.Strong numerical aptitudeDemonstrated proficiency with MS Office PackageSix Sigma experience is a plus.Experience with project specials estimations. (Unreleased products or not fully productized)Self-sufficiency – ability to lead project proposals, based on customer deadlines and ensuring all key stakeholders for Honeywell’s success agree and respect the timeline for their part.
