Main Activities:
- Identify opportunities using/building your network within and outside the firm to drive business development activities.
- Work independently on business development and project delivery, whether onshore or offshore, as needed.
- Prepare responses to RFPs and lead client conversations/presentations to explore business opportunities.
- Prepare business cases, solution options, project plans, estimates, staffing requirements, and execution approaches for opportunities and use them appropriately as part of the client proposal.
- Lead project delivery, client conversations, and manage stakeholders on the project, both internal and external.
- Lead the team of experienced management consultants and provide direction/guidance on project executions as per planned timelines.
- Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring high quality within time and budget constraints.
- Effectively coordinate with client organizations and work towards maintaining and enhancing effective client relationships.
Experience:
- Must have 12+ years of relevant work experience, preferably 10+ years in consulting and business development.
- Functional experience in Supply Chain and Finance.
- Functional experience in transformation projects across all or any of the phases (Plan, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy), preferably involving the implementation of enabling technology, tools, and software applications.
- Experience in Management and Financial reporting of projects, performance management.
- Should have experience in handling teams of 12-15 resources independently.
- Experience in Management Consulting.
- Experience in process optimization.
