-The candidate should have a job experience in sales and/or marketing of at least 4 years in medical devices/Healthtech (other industries may also be considered). Preferable in the specialties of Neurosurgery, Imaging or Orthopedics.
-Career degree in Marketing, Business, Biomedical engineer, medicine. Other careers are accepted if the candidate complies with the general profile of the position.
-Knowledge of traditional as well as digital marketing.
-Interest in Healthtech, Innovation, market analysis, personal relationships.
-Proven analytical, planning and negotiation skills, strategic thinking and problem solving.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-The candidate should like being on the field (hospitals) with sales reps.
-English (advanced level) spoken and written.
-This position requires 30%-40% of travel and availability during weekends (when necessary).Key Responsibilitiesstyle="margin-bottom:11.0px"-
-The Marketing Associate is responsible for creating and executing product and market plans in Mexico for Neuromodulation, specifically Deep Brain Stimulation (Movement Disorders), Spinal Cord Stimulation and Radio Frequency (Pain Management).
-Building and maintaining critical relationships with key stakeholders to optimize marketing penetration in key medical specialties such as Functional Neurosurgery, Neurology, Pain doctors, orthopedics.
-Developing medical education programs and participation in medical congresses/meetings.
-Elaboration of Selling and promotional tools for health professionals and patient awareness.
