Sr. Territory Manager are responsible for developing and managing sales business in assigned territory. Manage relationships and serve as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and channel partners. Understand and articulate value propositions of Honeywell BMS solutions for different markets. Create a collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders across the organization and channel partners. Prepare and manage an accurate Salesforce pipeline. Design and implement a plan to deliver your goals. Meeting or exceeding targets.

  • 60% Time on the field understanding, presenting, advocating solutions to customer stakeholders
  • 20% Territory planning and execution, customer support, opportunity management, and forecasting
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Electronic, electrical, mechanical engineer or similar. (Desirable)
  • High level in Commercial skills B2B (negotiation, channel and end user management), 4 years of experience (minimum)
  • Experience managing commercial excellence tools “CRMs” as NEX or similar (4 years minimum).
  • Availability to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Background in Building automation, and/or HVAC integration solutions (preferably)
