Team Overview:

The Vehicle Solutions team is key in ensuring DiDi’s continued expansion through SSL by focusing on bringing additional supply into the platform through the development of partnerships, strategies around acquisition, conversion and retention. The preferred candidate for this role should possess robust strategic commercial expertise, analytical capabilities, exceptional time-management and organizational skills, and be prepared to set a leading example.

Whether creating innovative collaboration methods with external stakeholders, pinpointing enhancement opportunities, evaluating implementation choices, you will consistently pursue scalable solutions, directly fueling DiDi's growth in Mexico and LATAM!
Role Responsibilities:
  • Stay informed about automotive industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities related to partnership opportunities
  • Driving collaboration, fostering innovation, and increasing the organization's outreach through strategic alliances with prospects for innovative collaboration with external stakeholders
  • Continuously identify improvements and expansion within existing partnerships
  • Provide insights into essential metrics for fleet partnerships and develop strategic approaches, showcasing expertise in converting data into valuable insights in the commercial area by using analytical tools proficiently.
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution: We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.
  • Create a fun, inclusive, and safe work culture: Demonstrating dedication and commitment to the team's goals and objectives, investing time and effort to achieve shared success, and contributing to a positive team culture
Role Qualifications:
  • Required professional experience within the automotive industry in commercial roles, showcasing skills in recognizing opportunities, negotiating agreements, and driving revenue growth
  • All backgrounds are welcome if you see yourself suitable in a strong analytical environment
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with commercial teams through data-driven decision-making, exhibiting strong judgment in uncertain scenarios.
  • Engaged team player with a positive outlook, proficient communicator within a diverse team
  • Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
