Supply Chain Manager Global SAP System Support BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES Member of the Global Supply Chain organization, this position will be responsible for providing sustainability and improvements of the Supply Chain processes operating on the SAP platform or bolt-on software solutions. Support advanced business processes, SAP functionality, and business metrics to provide Supply Chain capability for new businesses, plants, new product development, and lifecycle programs in the existing Kohler Co.

Global Faucets, Metals, and Vikrell manufacturing plants, as well as support any new business ventures or expansion. Activities will include strategic and day-to-day support to the Supply Chain operations. This position will: TARGETS

1. The main point of contact to support all Supply Chain team members as an SAP super user. 2. Implementing and maintaining the strategic IT plan for business systems applications and systems readiness for the existing and new FMV plants; This includes but not limited to tools utilized for demand planning, supply planning (constrained/unconstrained), supply network planning, material signaling and flow, IBP, warehousing (SAP WM and EWM environment), shipping, receiving, material transaction management systems, work center management, and operational tools. 3. Work with Corp IT Business Leaders to implement operations/Supply Chain/IT business cases: This includes implementing on-time, within scope, and documentation.

4. Support Global FMV business units worldwide in improving their On-time delivery and overall Operations and Supply Chain performance and Lean manufacturing processes. 5. Design the information flow, blueprints, and models with techniques, tools, and Lean principles, leading all the SAP implementation processes for the new systems and capabilities in the existing and new FMV manufacturing facilities and warehouses.

6. Subject matter expert and process owner for SAP WM, EWM, IM and collaborate with the integration of PP, MM and SD, as well as QM as a part of the shipping and receiving processes. 7. Ensure the accurate accountability of inventory and inventory transactions, implementing the correct cycle count system and program in SAP as well as implementing the right measurements and metrics. 8. Oversees the development and implementation of standard work and training materials for all Global SC IT systems.

This includes working with regional / plant staff to identify and develop superusers of the system who can manage the ongoing health and continuous improvement of our global systems. 9. Work with the Global FMV Supply Chain team to develop and lead an Supply Chain IT Roundtable of Plant, Regional, and IT experts to develop the SC IT systems roadmap for Global FMV. 10. Monitors the service level received from Corp IT and Super users from the business, on the projects and System Support required to run the business processes and drive continuous improvement.

11. Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, leading SAP design. 12. Based on user requirements analysis you will prepare functional design and specifications, system configuration, and perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed business solution. 13. Improve the end-to-end Supply Chain overall performance applying business excellence tools.

14. Monitoring of systems adherence, methods, and procedures, interprets and calls to Management attention potential problems. Recommends changes for problem resolution and new programs. 15. Generating or adapting new equipment and technology to serve user needs.

16. Manage the selection, installation, testing, development, and training of the business systems, infrastructure, and related peripheral systems for the Global FMV operations. Internal Communication: For internal & partner use only. RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

1. Reports to Global Supply Chain Sr. Manager – Global FMV 2. Indirect reports – Supervise of Supply Chain Systems Integration and Inventory control.

Organization Relationships: 1. Contact with the global and regional Supply Chain and Operations Managers when developing and enhancing the processes and systems that support Sales and Operations Planning (SCOR: Plan) 2. Contact with regional Supply Chain Managers, Material Managers, and Directors of Operations when developing and enhancing execution systems that support manufacturing plants and distribution centers (SCOR: Source, Make, Deliver, Return)

3. Contact with Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Design Engineering and Quality when developing and enhancing business processes and systems for the functional areas. (SCOR: Enable) 4. Contact with Corporate Information Technology and Regional IT Business Solution Managers on project planning implementation and system issues.

5. Travel: This position requires approximately 50% travel External Business Relationships: 1. Contact with Suppliers when implementing Supply Chain process and business system improvements. 2. Occasional contact with consultants and representatives in the IT field regarding development of new systems and upgrading of existing systems.

3. Occasional contact with software and hardware representatives. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT Engineering Materials Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience interacting with operations of various countries/cultures.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience with SAP or similar ERP system required, o SAP certification and expert of: ?

SAP LO, EWM, WM and IM o Proficient in using: o SAP PP, SD, MM, EDI, SNP, APO & IBP

  • SAP-accredited certification at least two modules.

(More than two module certifications preferred)

  • Experience in PPDS, SNP, Forecasting (Demand /Supply Planning), MRP
  • Experience in Inventory control, Material Transactional Control (scanning and RFID), COPS and KBOS.
  • Minimum of 5 years' hand-on Supply Chain SAP Super-user
  • Picks up knowledge quickly, demonstrates strong leadership, is highly reliable with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to conduct end user training.
