Responsible for the implementation AND DEVELOPMENT of talent Acquisition strategies to ensure the business needs. Responsible for the technical training area and soft skills needs of the site, as well as programs and actions for Organizational development (Succession Plans, Development Plans, Scholarship Programs, etc.), in addition, is responsible for the recognition programs, and the GPTW initiatives and events.

Responsible for recruitment and TALENT ACQUISITION strategies according operation's needs (Talent Attraction Media, HC Review, and Data Analyst)

Headcount Planning and control according operation needs

Perform compensation analysis for internal and external talent to generate offers according to market practices and consider internal equity. Maintain effective relations with C&B Area to identify best Market practices to be competitive

Establish metrics for Talent Acquisition (Retention, time to fill, recruitment social media, internal promotions, etc.). validate job descriptions. Working as a teamwork with the C&B area to obtain market salary ranges for new positions.

Establish PR with educational institutions and government agencies to be a source of candidates to fill the existing vacancies in the company.

Conduct Training needs (DNC ) exercise with the management to determine annual training plan for all levels of the organization.

Design, coordinate, and supervise the NEO and technical training plan through the technical training supervisors. Follow up on the different development and training initiatives for all levels of the organization (Technical Skills, Soft Skills and Development Programs).

Design, manage, organize, and supervise strategic activities to raise awareness and promote the programs and activities developed in HR

Management and administration of Training Systems (STPS, Tress, Training Matrix, Annual Training Plans and Programs).

Comply with the regulations of the Labor Board (Mexican Federal Standards and Regulations), regarding training AND DEVELOPMENT according to Law.

Supervise and ensure the training needs of our employees according to the annual internal training Plan and generate monthly training metrics.

Maintain expenses budget administration for Training needs , development , events and recognitions of the company, to get the HR Sr. Manager Approval.

Design the implementation of GPTW's certification strategy, together with the Leadership team (Plans and actions).

Develop and execute of the annual site events plan, promoting the involvement of the leadership team, with assignment of roles and responsibilities.

Participate in projects for the area with an impact on the organization (PDCA)
