Team Overview:
Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City, where we embrace the challenges of matching exceptional talent with diverse roles across DiDi's business lines. Our team operates globally, working with countries both within and outside of Latin America, supporting all business lines with innovative and dynamic approaches. As an intern in our team, you will be at the heart of our operations, contributing to our mission to drive the company forward by sourcing and securing top talent.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance your stakeholder management skills by working closely with various teams within HR and beyond.
  • Conduct market mappings to identify talent pools and understand competitive landscapes.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the business, enabling you to make informed decisions and provide strategic support.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Take a hands-on approach to candidate search, utilizing various sourcing strategies to attract and engage potential candidates.
Role Qualifications:
  • A genuine interest or passion for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with graduation anticipated to be no earlier than December 2024.
  • Residency in Mexico City and the ability to commit to a hybrid work schedule.
  • A proactive, curious mindset, eager to learn and contribute to the team's success.
