Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as a player/coach, responsible for recruiting open positions and leading a team of recruiters.

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for professional positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, negotiating, and offering for different roles.

  • Develop and implement an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for your location based on global TA standards.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs to fill current and future openings.

  • Regularly report indicators and strategies of the area to business leaders through effective communication.

  • Develop strategies with the marketing team to build a strong JLL Brand and attract the best talent, supporting employee development with our open roles in collaboration with our HR area.

  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with diverse skillsets and perspectives by leveraging your professional network.

  • Skillfully promote our brand, values, and culture in every connection.

  • Regularly analyze and report successes through technology tools such as Tableau.

  • Delegate work, supervise, and lead your team, ensuring control of the status and efficiency of open requisitions in the business.

  • Work as one team with the DEI and HR areas to ensure diversity in our candidates.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar will be essential.

Leadership:

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish/English.

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years in management.

  • Experience leading a recruiting team in a fast-paced professional service firm.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships with all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions based on sound judgment.

Tech Savvy:

  • Stay current with the latest recruitment marketing trends and sourcing platforms to support recruiting top talent.

  • Experience with Workday and/or Avature is ideal.

Reputable:

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Proven track record of results, with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work as part of a diverse, supportive, and talented team.

  • Strong communication skills, strategic management, and the ability to influence others to achieve results. High level of emotional intelligence.
