SIROC/REPSE Support Analyst
Purpose of the function
Ensure compliance with REPSE/SIROC documentation from Vendors and support them in questions they may have to be aligned to these regulations. Provide EY/ KPMG with all the supporting documentation for Tax deduction and to avoid Tax risks for HM Mexico.
Specific responsibilities
REPSE Vendors
• Provide quarterly trainings to vendors on REPSE/SIROC matters or any changes in the laws that impact the way of working with HM Mexico. Frequency could be different as needed.
• Support vendors with questions related to the documents required, assist them with instructions on how to download the information from different government platforms. Guide then in best practices to keep their information updated.
• Identify vendors that performed REPSE activities on the month and require from them the documents required.
• Get the documents required by the REPSE Labour/Tax laws and ensure deduction of expenses paid to REPSE vendors for Income Tax Purposes and VAT.
• Document meetings and agreements with vendors and give the follow up until they send all documents required per month/quarter.
• Prepare a monthly report of vendors compliance and share it with the vendors/owners of vendors and Controller. Escalate to OPS Director/Finance Director after 2 months of non-compliance.
REPSE Customers
• Get from AR team the list of customers with services provided in the month.
• Get the agreements from all the Customers that require Installation Services and keep them in the monthly file.
• Provide the customers with the REPSE documents required.
• Upload REPSE information into REPSE platform for the customers that use a platform.
• Contact Payroll/OPS Team/Vendors to get the documents and info needed.
SIROC Customers
• Get the agreement signed between HM Mexico and the Customer for the project installation services.
• Get the information from the OPS team when they start projects that require SIROC registration.
• Create the registration in SIROC platform of the construction data within the next 5 days of construction begin.
• Provide evidence of Payroll, Social Security, Housing of all the workers participating in the construction. HM Mexico employees and Vendors employees.
• Require from the vendors and HMM payroll the documents required by SIROC and enter them in the Social Security platform.
• Provide the customers confirmation on completion of the SIROC information.
• Close the registration in the Social Security Platform.

Education:
• University Degree in Accounting/Taxes.
• Basic English skills in writing and communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience and Skills:
• 2 years in REPSE/SIROC management.
• Very good knowledge in Social Security laws and matters.
• Experience working with REPSE platforms.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines.
• Pro-active, good attitude to service.
