We are currently seeking a Technology Consulting Director to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible providing consulting for preparing the end-to-end IT operational mode for the bank incorporating the ITIL model and industry standard best practices. Responsibilities Identify gaps in the current IT Operations model & define a plan to plug the same Define & document the Target IT operations model incorporating the ITIL mode; & best practices from a banking indsutry perspective Maintaining a strong understanding of the organization's business needs and working closely with other departments to ensure that IT is aligned with those needs. Ensuring that the organization's IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with industry standards andcompany regulations.

Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity. Keeping up to date with thelatest industry trendsand developments in IT operations management. Requirements

An Service Delivery Manager should have a BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field Proven experience as Service Delivery Manager with banking consulting background Experience with system installation,configuration and analysis Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of IT professionals anddrive performance. Excellentcommunication skillsto effectively interact with team members, senior management, and other stakeholders. Problem-solving aptitude
