Responsibilities :

Develop and implement the annual training program according to training needs and performance assessment.

Follow up and keep update the operational staff skills matrix.

Focus in customer requirements, rules and government requirements, IATF 16949 & ISO 14001, according to training.

Manage the logistics of training courses.

Manage the local intranet.

Follow up annual communication program.

Qualifications :

BA in Business Administration, Psychology or related.

IATF 16949 audits, training, Organizational Development, Federal Labor Law (training).

Advanced English.
