Transformation And Automation Manager

Your Role

You will be responsible for owning the transformation agenda for the local KN GS entity and leading transformational projects from start to finish – owning all aspects of the project including pitching, solution blue-printing, impact assessment, resourcing, planning, execution, stakeholder management, implementation, benefit realization and validation.You will serve as an integrated part of the local KN GS leadership team and consult the local site management on transformational opportunities, conduct process assessments and in-depth analysis to determine the improvement potential and best possible solutions

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the local transformation team consisting of automation specialist and business analysts and continuously review the team composition to the ensure right mix of skills and experience
• Develop and own the pipeline of local transformation projects – ensure the team is always engaged in one or more projects, and maintain a continuous pipeline of ideas worth pursuing
• Ensure continuous alignment and coordination with the relevant stakeholders in the KN GS, on-shore organization, regions and corporate – provide transparency and regular updates on all ongoing projects
• Develop business cases for each project reflecting expected cost in the form of time and resources, and projected benefits
• Track, record and secure sign-off on all enabled benefits from the competent and relevant stakeholders
• Support the roll-out of global transformation projects affecting the KN GS – some of these may be led centrally by require close support from the local transformation team and coordinate with the responsible BU manager
• Liaise and consult the local leadership team on ongoing trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop further capabilities of automation tools to support specialists in creating faster and better applications
• Support the business units with the identification of automation opportunities
• Compliance and monitoring of all relevant procedures
• Revision of existing solutions, optimization and proposals for improvement
• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of employees in order to maintain quality
